At The Philadelphia Bee Company, locally produced bee products such as honey, wax and pollen are gathered. With its vast numbers of trees and urban gardens, the city is a prime location to host honey bees.
The Philadelphia Bee Company also works to educate others about the important role that bees play in our lives. They offer presentations, assemblies and science programs to the public in order to bring more attention to the subject. Philadelphia Bee Company will have a booth at the annual Taste of Philly event on Wednesday, November 15th from 6-9 pm. Since 2007, this event has been one of the premier food events in Philadelphia. This year, we are proud to present over 50 participating restaurants and vendors! That means tons of chances to taste foods from some of the top restaurants in the city and local food vendors, along with specialty cocktails, wine and beer to wash it all down.
